We loved the name South Homes. The legacy, the meaning and the origin story that it brought with it. Indicative of the birth-place of this amazing female founded and female run company, Zoë bought the name 7 years ago and used it, grew it and loved it. South Homes is Zoë and Stefan’s first-born child – the oldest sister of 4.
Sadly, South Homes has outgrown her boots, she is struggling to fit into her once perfectly fitting San Fernando market and she has expanded throughout the islands of Trinidad and Tobago.
It is time for GROWTH and we are in good company with many well loved and recognizable brands undergoing massive rebrand campaigns within recent years.
The fond first name South has become misleading and continues to pigeonhole the company and the automatic assumption is that we only operate in San Fernando and environs. With experienced agents servicing South, Central, East and West Trinidad we want the public to know that we are not only experts of the south market but of the whole island and our aspirations expand even outside of the shores of this twin isle nation. We cannot deny our growth any longer. We are upleveling and growing and we wave goodbye to South Homes and say “Hello!” to the all-encompassing name of Hart & Co. Real Estate Ltd – we have big shoes to fill but Hart & Co. fits perfectly!
