Hart & Co. is a client focused, results driven, boutique real estate agency servicing Trinidad and Tobago and Barbados. This female founded and female run company continues to grow with seven real estate agents servicing Trinidad and a blossoming Barbados market. Revolutionizing the way that The Caribbean looks at Real Estate – we are of the belief that all properties can appear beautiful and desirable. Our top priority is getting your properties seen by the right eyes using our multi-channel marketing approach.

In September 2024, Hart & Co. officially expanded their operation to Barbados. Pioneered by the brave and ever-entrepreneurial spirits of Zoë and Stefan Hart, this expansion journey was a long time coming. Driven by a clear dream and a deep knowing that their lives would lead them to the shores of Barbados, the Harts have married their passion for real estate and their love for the lifestyle on this idyllic coral isle. Their short-term focus is to educate fellow Trinidadians on how to invest in Barbados real estate to diversify their existing portfolios and to offer a unique and alternative Caribbean lifestyle on another island so close to home.

We are members of the Association of Real Estate Agents in Trinidad (AREA), BEAVA and FIUTT Certified since January 2017.
